Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We offer flexible scheduling with clearly defined cancellation windows: Free Window: Cancellations or reschedules made more than 24 hours before the session are free of charge. Paid Window: Cancellations made between 24 and 12 hours before the session will incur a 25% session fee. Late Cancellation Window: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the session will incur a 50% session fee. Sessions begin promptly at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time to ensure fairness to all clients.
